Terms and Conditions

The prices for services offered by Wopeflix are indicated in euros VAT inclusive and are as follows:

• Rental: from €3 to €5 depending on film duration (7 days access)
• Monthly subscription: €5/month (access to all films)
• Public screening license: from €50 to €150 depending on format

Wopeflix reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are made by credit card via the secure Stripe system.

Bank details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on Wopeflix servers under any circumstances.

The order will only be validated after confirmation of payment by the banking system.

Rental: Access to the film is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, access expires automatically.

Subscription: Access to all films is valid for 30 days from the subscription date. The subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled.

Pro license: The public screening license is valid for a single screening within the framework specified when ordering.

All content offered on the Wopeflix platform (videos, texts, images, music) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

Wopeflix grants the user a personal and non-exclusive right to use content, strictly limited to private and individual use.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution or exploitation, even partial, of content is prohibited without prior authorization.

The user undertakes to use content only for strictly personal and private purposes.

It is prohibited to download, copy, record or distribute content on any medium whatsoever.

Any attempt to circumvent technical protections implemented is prohibited and may result in legal action.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the user has a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, this right cannot be exercised if the user has started watching the film before the withdrawal period expires.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Wopeflix will refund all amounts paid within 14 days.

In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under French law.
